Make a Difference
The 8 Week Reset changes lives. We know this. The barrier for some people is not willingness. It is cost. Your sponsorship funds partial scholarships for people who have done the work to apply, proven their need, and earned the opportunity.
Become a SponsorHow Sponsorship Works
There are no administrative layers. No overhead percentages. No vague language about operating costs. This is direct impact, two ways.
Scholarship recipients receive 25% to 50% off the coaching program cost, depending on need and application strength. A 50% scholarship brings the program to $1,750. At 25%, it is $2,625. Every scholarship is reviewed personally by Joby.
A portion funds paid advertising to reach more people who need this program. More advertising means more people hear Joby's story. More people who hear the story apply. More people get help.
Transparency commitment: we will report to sponsors on how funds were used — how many scholarships were granted, how many people enrolled. Real numbers.
Scholarship Process
The scholarship process is intentionally rigorous. That is not to create barriers. It is to ensure that the people who receive help are the people who are truly ready for it.

The people who apply for scholarships are not looking for a handout. They are high-functioning individuals who have already started the work. They need one thing removed to get started. You can be that thing.
The Mission Behind the Scholarship
The 8 Week Reset costs between $3,000 and $5,000 depending on the client's situation and the cohort rate at the time of enrollment. For most of the people the program is designed to help, that cost is not the barrier. The barrier is privacy, trust, and finding a coach who has genuinely been through what they are going through. But for a subset of people who are ready, motivated, and genuinely in need — people who have completed the application, submitted the video, and produced a personal reference — cost is the one thing standing between them and the help that could change the trajectory of their lives.
The scholarship program exists to remove that barrier for a small number of qualifying individuals each cohort. Partial scholarships of 25% to 50% are awarded based on written application, video submission, and a reference from someone who knows the applicant personally. Every application is reviewed by Joby Sanchez directly. Every scholarship decision is made within five business days. Every recipient's identity and participation are kept completely private.
Sponsor funds are split between two uses: direct scholarship contributions that reduce the cost of enrollment for qualifying individuals, and targeted paid advertising that extends Joby's reach to more people who need this program and do not yet know it exists. There is no administrative overhead. There are no operating costs drawn from donations. Every dollar either directly subsidizes a scholarship or funds the advertising that brings more people into the funnel.
Founding sponsors who contribute $1,000 or more are recognized on this page by name, with permission. All other sponsorship is anonymous. If you have questions about where your contribution goes or how the scholarship process works, contact Frank DeLuca at DDBA directly.
